
PALs Student Leader program
The program seeks to identify two student leaders per institute to coordinate PALs activities in their respective colleges
The student leaders would be selected on the basis of a written test conducted across institutes and evaluated by PALs. The Executive Committee (EC) Members of each institute would select two students from a shortlist prepared by PALs.
In addition to their participation in PALs programs, the student leaders would be engaged in a leadership development plan by PALs. Multiple activities are planned over the year which include workshops, interaction with industry veterans and industry visits (where possible). Student leaders are also encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities in their community / college as well as enrol in on-line courses, all of which enable development of additional traits as part of the leadership development.
Periodic review with the EC members / faculty will be conducted by PALs. The full year program would be considered as a Student Internship by PALs
Given the special challenges of the current COVID situation, this program would make extensive use of the virtual mode of engagement with the students, EC members and other faculty involved.
PALS will be the host for this event
This event will be held through online sessions
PALS PMO will be the contact person for all enquiries
This event would be program management by the PALS Champion
